About This Program
The 5K is deceptively challenging. Whether you're running your first ever race or gunning for a sub-25-minute personal best, Coach Vikas Srinivasan's structured program gives you exactly what you need. We focus on running form, breathing mechanics, progressive interval training, and race-day strategy. Past athletes like Daiwik (age 8!) have won Bengaluru 5K races under our program, proof that with the right coaching, results come faster than you think. Your progression is driven by how your body adapts, not by a fixed timeline.

Do I need any prior running experience?+
No. This program is designed for complete beginners as well as runners looking to improve. Coach Vikas will assess your current level and adapt accordingly.
Can I train online?+
Yes. Many of our 5K athletes train entirely online via personalised plans, WhatsApp coaching, and video feedback sessions.
When are the in-person sessions?+
Sessions run Monday to Saturday at 5AM at Agara Lake, Gate 3, HSR Layout, Bangalore.
How soon can I run a 5K?+
It depends on where you're starting and how your body adapts. Coach Vikas tailors the plan to your progress, some athletes get there sooner than expected.
