Common Questions

I'm 45 and never raced seriously. Can I still compete?
Absolutely. Many of our masters athletes start competing seriously in their 40s and 50s for the first time. Coach Vikas will assess your current fitness and build a programme around your goals and timeline.
How is masters training different from regular training?
Masters athletes need more recovery between hard sessions, smarter periodisation, and a greater emphasis on strength and mobility. Coach Vikas designs plans that respect these differences rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Which events can I compete in as a masters athlete?
Road races (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon), track events, and cross-country all have masters age-group categories. State and national masters athletics championships are also available for track and field events.
