About This Program
The hardest part of running is lacing up for the first time. At Runpundit, our beginner program is built specifically for those who have never run before, haven't run in years, or are coming back after injury. Review after review tells the same story: absolute beginners who 'couldn't run 100 metres' completing 10Ks. Archana Singh Desai hadn't run in 23 years, Coach Vikas got her running 5K continuously.
