About This Program
Ultra marathon running is a different beast. The physiological and psychological demands of running 50K, 75K, or 100K require a completely different approach to training, nutrition, pacing, and mental preparation. Coach Vikas Srinivasan has successfully coached ultra athletes at the highest level, A Pratap completed both the Philippines Full Ironman AND a 75K ultra under his guidance, with a 3K pace improvement from 7:00 to 4:15 along the way. This bespoke coaching programme is not a template. It is built entirely around you, your distance target, your race profile, your terrain, and your life outside running. How long it takes depends entirely on how your body adapts and how consistent you are.
